My IDX listings search provider just released an iPhone app that lets you search right from your iPhone! The application is free! I find it to be a fast and a typical good-looking iPhone app. It defaults to your current location and shows you listings nearby. It is map based, so if you scroll away, you’ll need to refresh the screen to see listings. With the filter button, you can refine your price range, bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage. You can get the app from your iPhone applications app by searching for ‘IDX’. When you install the app, the first time you run it, you will need to put in my agent code, 4065.
